<p class="Paragraph">For the current document select the settings using the <span class="T1">File - Print</span> command, <span class="T1">Options</span> button. Under <span class="T1">Tools - Options - Spreadsheet - Print</span> define the settings for all spreadsheets.</p>

<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">If this field is marked, empty pages where there are no cell contents and draw objects are printed.</help:help-text> Cell attributes such as margins or background color are not cell contents. The empty pages are not counted during page numbering.</p>

<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">If this field is marked, only selected sheets are printed even if you select the print range "All" in the <span class="T1">File - Print</span> dialog.</help:help-text> If you have entered several "pages" as a print range in the <span class="T1">File - Print</span> dialog, of these only the pages (sheets) that have been selected are printed.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">To select a sheet, click on the sheet name on the bottom margin of the workspace while keeping the Ctrl key pressed.</p>
